Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are displayed directly on each product page and during checkout, based on your shipping address and the selected items in your cart.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

3. Multiple Items & Suppliers

If your order includes multiple products, items may be shipped separately and may have different delivery times, as they can originate from different fulfillment partners or suppliers.
This allows us to offer a wider selection of products while maintaining competitive pricing and free shipping.

4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- customs inspections
- carrier delays
- weather conditions
- high seasonal demand
- strikes or other force majeure events
In such cases, delivery times may be extended. We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors, but we remain fully committed to assisting you and providing updates whenever possible.

1. Change‑of‑Mind Returns (UK “Right to Cancel”)

If you are a UK customer buying online, you have the legal right to cancel your order (“cooling‑off period”).
You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or earlier if you provide evidence that the item has been sent back (such as proof of postage), where applicable.
Returned items may be handled only to the extent necessary to inspect them, as you would in a physical store. If an item is returned used or damaged beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may apply a deduction to reflect any loss of value, where permitted by law.

2. Returns (All Customers – Worldwide)

For customers outside the UK, we also offer a 14‑day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the same conditions outlined in this policy.Local consumer laws may grant additional rights depending on your location.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:
- unused and unworn (except for reasonable try‑on)
- in original condition
- returned with original packaging and accessories
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or may receive a partial refund due to loss of value.

4. How to Start a Return

All returns must be initiated by contacting our customer support team first.
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, return instructions and return addresses may vary depending on the product. Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may not be processed.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We offer free standard shipping, therefore there is normally no standard delivery charge to refund.
If a paid delivery upgrade was selected (when available), refunds are limited to the cost of standard delivery only, where applicable.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
To assess the issue and speed up resolution, we may request photo or video evidence.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund and provide the necessary instructions.

7. Return Shipping Costs

For change‑of‑mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
For faulty or incorrect items, we will assist you with an appropriate resolution.

8. Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items may be non‑returnable for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
